If you are not satisfied with your fashion purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, you can do so through our returns portal, where you will be able to obtain the return label.
Discounted and sale items are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
For full price returns, all items must be returned new, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached to them. We are unable to accept items that are returned damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete.
The fee to return an order is determined by the destination country and the size of the parcel. The value will be shared at the time you make the return request.
The refund period can take up to 14 days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse. You will receive an email once we have received and checked your items. The refund will be credited to the original payment card.
Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.
